Refund Policy

imgest is free to try with a free monthly allowance, so you can evaluate it before paying. This explains when and how you can get a refund on a paid purchase.

Payments for imgest are handled by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Refunds are issued through Paddle back to your original payment method.

14-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with a purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date. This applies to:

  • Subscriptions (Pro): a refund of your most recent payment within 14 days of that payment.
  • Starter (one-time annual): a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
  • Credit packs: a full refund within 14 days, provided the pack is largely unused (see below).

subscriptions & cancellation

You can cancel a subscription at any time. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period and is not renewed. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial billing periods after the 14-day window, except where required by law.

credit packs

One-time credit packs are consumable digital goods. Within the 14-day window, a pack can be refunded if it is unused or only minimally used. Once a substantial portion of a pack's AI folder names has been used, that pack is generally non-refundable, because the service has been delivered.

how to request a refund

You can request a refund in either of these ways:

  • Email us at [email protected] with the email address used at checkout and your Paddle order or receipt number. We will help arrange the refund through Paddle.
  • Reply to the Paddle email receipt you received after purchase, or use the buyer support link in that receipt, to contact Paddle directly.

We aim to respond to refund requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle to your original payment method; the time for the funds to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.

exceptions

We may decline a refund where there is evidence of abuse — for example, repeated buy-use-refund cycles, fraud, or violations of our Terms of Service. Nothing in this policy limits any statutory consumer rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.
